The Second Annual Amelia Island Cookout begins with a 4-Course Dinner + wine pairing at Burlingame Restaurant.

In partnership with Chef Sean Blanchette of The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas and Chef Dylan Benoit of Prime Kitchen, Burlingame’s own Chef Chad Livingston creates a menu that will delight guests as they savor made-from-scratch, fresh, seasonal dishes, and libations.

This collaboration with The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is the kick-off for eight curated events and one magical weekend.
