From there, rental cars, shuttles, or rideshare services are available for the approximately 45-minute drive to Amelia Island. Once on the island, there are several rental car agencies, as well as taxi and shuttle services available for getting around. Visitors that opt to drive directly to the island come via Interstate 95, which runs along the eastern coast of the United States.
