Our Tapas and Tasting Tour series continues with Chef Bobby from New South Catering on Amelia Island. Enjoy passed crunchy crostini with a sensational pimento cheese and topped with a hand-crafted tomato bacon jam.
As the boat cruises past Fernandina’s shrimp boats, Egan’s Creek, Old Town, and Fort Clinch, you will be thrilled in delight as we look for dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, and the wild horses of Georgia’s Cumberland Island.
Live music sets the tone for a low and slow oak-smoked Beeler’s Red Duroc pork shoulder, pulled and piled high on a bun, with fresh slaw and dill pickles. This will be accompanied with potato salad and Southern style baked beans.
While your palate is treated to a beautiful pairing with different varietals of Zinfandel, the sun will set against the tree lined horizon over the shimmering waters of the Amelia River.
