A Journey Through Seafood, Spice, and Wild Game is an amazing culinary treat taking place on June 24, 2024. Enjoy three courses prepared by Chef Michael Carroll of Kitchen 251 on Amelia Island. Your first course is local shrimp and Ahi tuna ceviche. Settle in as you’re poured a top shelf margarita or a Modelo. Listen to the live musician gently warm up his guitar while you savor bites of grilled chorizo with black bean cake, and a roasted Poblano salsa and lime crema.
As you watch for playful dolphins, a seafood symphony reverberates on your taste buds with a flavorful shrimp and scallop Carbonara with penne pasta, crusty French bread, and paired exquisitely with a chardonnay from Chalk Hill Estate.
As the sun starts to settle behind the trees of the Amelia River, your third course has been kissed by nature with grilled tenderloin of venison and bison. This is presented beside a Yukon gold and purple potato mash. Enjoy charred root vegetables, a wild berry reduction, and beautiful microgreens. This evening’s final pairing includes a Federalist Dry Creek Zinfandel. Join us on the river for a truly delightful evening.
