This Tide to Table Tour includes fresh shucked Prince Edward Island oysters w/mignonette, horseradish, and lemon. Enjoy his seared Ahi tuna, cucumber slice, soy jus’, trout roe, and the Kitchen’s famous corn and crab soup shooters. This course will be paired with Benvolia Prosecco, Italy, as we cruise the local rivers to seek out playful dolphins and then the feral horses of Cumberland Island. While the chef readies New Orleans style blackened shrimp and roast beef po boys’, red beans, rice, and sausage, a new flavor combination awaits with pairing of Dixie or Abita beers. Your evening is set to live music and the magnificent shorelines of salt marshes and maritime forests. Cajun crawfish etouffee is then served in a sour dough bread boule and paired with Staggs Leap chardonnay, as the sun explodes into a painted sunset.Expertise by Kitchen 251
